Description

This conference room is configured with 10 worktables, 20 chairs, and a buffet countertop. Presentation equipment is included in the room, including two large monitors and a camera.

Reservations may be requested up to 45 days in advance with a minimum of 5-day notice. Mutliple reservations within this timeframe are able to be made in one booking request.

Reservation requests go through an approval process. Once requested, a library employee will contact you to discuss your request and confirm the reservation. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee booking acceptance.

Depending upon your requested use, you may be asked to meet with a library employee prior to your reservation to review technology instructions.
