Space Availability - Schusterman Library

The conference room can be booked for groups needing a larger space on campus for meetings and presentations. Click the “Info” link next to the room name below to learn more about the room’s features, including an approval process for bookings. Reservations may be requested up to 45 days in advance with a minimum of 5-day notice. Multiple reservations within this timeframe are able to be made in one booking request.

Reservation requests go through an approval process.  Depending upon your requested use, you may be asked to meet with a library employee prior to your reservation to review technology instructions.

How to Book the Conference Room

Each box in the grid below represents 15 minutes of bookable time.

  1. Select the time(s) that you wish to book by clicking on the corresponding boxes on the grid.
  2. Review your selection in the area at the bottom of the screen below the grid. You can edit/delete your selected booking slots in this area. When your selection is complete click on Submit Times.
  3. Review the room Terms & Conditions and then click Continue.
  4. Complete the booking form. Click on Submit my Booking to submit your reservation.
  5. Verify your reservation within 1 hour by visiting the link sent to your OU email address.
  6. Once requested, a library employee will contact you to discuss your request and confirm the reservation. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee booking acceptance.
