Scholar Squad: The History of Research Ethics Online
Join us for a look at the historical foundations of research ethics and the pressing issues that are impacting research today.
In this Scholar Squad, Amy Abercrombie will discuss how events throughout the history of research with human subjects have shaped our current ethical rules and compliance standards and cover new and emerging issues in human research ethics. Amy has recently begun a new position at OU as Human Research Protection Program Education Project Manager.
This session will be held online via Zoom and is open to all members of the OU community, including students and residents. A zoom link will be email to participants upon registration.
Scholar Squad is OU-Tulsa's informal support group for those interested/involved in research and other scholarly activities. Scholar Squad meetings are held monthly during the academic year and are open to all at OU-Tulsa, including faculty, staff, students, and residents.
