Scholar Squad: Discovering Data Resources through ICPSR Online
Join our next virtual Scholar Squad as we explore the vast resources available through the Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR), housed at the University of Michigan. ICPSR is an international consortium of 800+ academic and research bodies that provides leadership and training in data access, curation, and analytical methods for social science.
Ann Beutel, Professor in the Department of Sociology on OU’s Norman campus and OU’s representative to ICPSR, will guide participants through the wide range of data and other resources available to OU faculty, staff, and students through ICPSR. Whether you're conducting research, teaching with data, or exploring new methodologies, ICPSR offers valuable resources to enhance your work.
Scholar Squad is OU-Tulsa's informal support group for those interested/involved in research and other scholarly activities. Scholar Squad meetings are held monthly during the academic year and are open to all at OU-Tulsa, including faculty, staff, students, and residents.
