New Year, New You: Mindfulness Meditation In-Person
Join us as Dr. Linda Barnum, Associate Professor in HR and owner of Body Centered Therapy, presents on what mindfulness meditation is and leads us in a demonstration session.
Some of the proven benefits of mindfulness mediation are:
